Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
Plan-based usage limits (market analyses per month) are enforced server-side. Attempts to circumvent usage limits may result in account suspension.
The Service, including its design, codebase, algorithms, and proprietary data models, is owned by Medlevate and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated using the Service may be used by you for your own business purposes. You may not sell, license, or redistribute generated reports as a standalone product.
Underlying third-party data sources retain their original licenses (public domain, CC0, CC BY, etc.) as documented in our data source registry.

Data from government sources (NIH, FDA, CDC, CMS) is public domain. Academic data (OpenAlex, PubMed) is provided under open licenses. We are not responsible for errors in underlying data sources.
